To celebrate Buddha’s birth, the hydrangea infusion ‘Amacha’ (sweet tea in French) was prepared and consumed on this occasion, also during major religious ceremonies. The young leaf shoots when brewed naturally recall sweet and liquorice notes.

-Prepare a hot, more concentrated infusion. – Cool in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. – Pour the infusion into one third of the glass. -Add a drop of lemon. -Fill the remaining two thirds with Perrier water. -Finally, Enjoy!

By convention, the term “hydrangea” refers to all plants with well-rounded flowers. All other shapes (flat, cone-shaped, etc.) are classified as hydrangeas.
