July and August: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm non-stop (light savory and sweet refreshments available at the tea room for lunch)
November to end of February: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5:30pm (closed Saturday)

Self-guided visit
Located in the heart of the nursery, come discover the nursery’s collection gardens. For about ten years, we have arranged our hydrangea collection through various landscaped scenes to better showcase our diversity.
Although our hydrangeas are in production and displayed, it was important to group them, locate them, name them, and above all preserve them for future generations. As we created new garden beds and designed arrangements, this led to the birth of the nursery gardens “Les hortensias du Haut-Bois”.

The Ploërmel hydrangea trail
Located 2 km from the nursery – self-guided visit
Along Lake au Duc and a greenway, come discover the city of Ploërmel’s hydrangea collection: the hydrangea trail! The Nursery Les Hortensias du Haut-Bois has produced and cultivated hydrangeas that today bring joy to plant enthusiasts, tourists, and walkers. Indeed, exploring the collection over 3 km opens up wonder and amazement!
