To order from the Les Hortensias du Haut-Bois nursery you can either:

Opening hours:

March to November: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. (July and August 9 am to 6:30 pm non-stop).

December to February: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, (Saturday by appointment).

  • Attend various shows Shipping is free for up to 10 plants. List of shows and exhibitions in the “Shows/Expos and news” section
  • Order directly online from our online store

You can order year-round and specify your delivery date (even from one season to another).

Plants will be set aside so you are certain to get the desired varieties.

Orders are processed very quickly; upon receipt of payment, we will contact you about delivery options.

Order preparation:

After receiving your order and payment, it takes us approximately 48 hours to prepare it depending on current activity and quantity requested. Shipments from the nursery leave on Monday or Tuesday depending on the region. For optimized delivery, you can order until Monday at noon for departure the same afternoon.

There are no shipments at the end of the week to prevent plants from sitting on our carriers’ dock over the weekend.
Any shipment will of course be notified to you by email or phone so you can anticipate receipt of your order in the best conditions.

Shipping:

We work with Heppner transport company. To track your package, you can contact Heppner in Lorient (package departure point) at 02 97 76 71 60 if needed (contact only when your package is in delivery). Please be polite and courteous; they are always there to ensure your hydrangeas arrive safely!

It will also be important to provide your mobile number (first choice) or landline number.

Hydrangeas are packaged on pallets and protected for transport using cardboard and straw.

Upon receipt:

Remove the packaging and water if needed. Plants can remain in their pots while waiting to be planted.
